Found Poetry:

Experiment with looking at the sky

The more ways you look, the more you'll see

To live with the awareness of a presence

But not its physicality

Something is missing

A light had gone out

Is it possible to summarize a person's life in 10 minutes?

Curiosity encourages cheering up

Find the tenderness we already have

Take refuge in the courage

Artists mine their memories

Inspecting small things invites you to look slowly

Mourning hurts

It leaves no room for anyone else

It fills rooms

Allowing the feeling completely

And opening to it

Find some way to balance

Days seem hopelessly fragmented

We start exactly where we are

Allow a gap

Balance of gloriousness and wretchedness

I think of it as my backyard

Elements of place

I look more deeply and intensely

This is the beginning of growing up

Opening further to whatever we feel

The genuine heart of sadness

Can teach us great compassion

Be where you are
